Weekly Workout

I get asked a lot what I do for working out. I try to make sure that in my 3 workouts each week, I do my entire body 3 times and it is varied enough to hit every muscle.Because of the questions I get, I thought I’d share the workouts I do each week, along with the results. If you need some ideas, feel free to steal mine and share what your results are.

Posting this each week will also help to keep me accountable to working out, and maybe help to motivate you or at least give you some ideas on what to do at the gym.

Here are this weeks:

Monday: Air Force

For time:
4 Burpees on the minute every minute, 95lbs on the bar.
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

Time: 17:43

Tuesday

5 mile run

Time:

Wednesday

Strength:
Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1x (Max weight: 165)

Then

WOD: 5 rounds for time

10 Pull-ups
15 Reverse Burpees
20 Wall Ball (20/14)

Time: 15:34

Friday: Big 42 Chipper

For time
Row 42 calories
42x pushups
42x SDHP (95)
42x Push Press (95)
42x Deadlifts (185)
42x Push Press (95)
42x SDHP (95)
42x pushups
Row 42 calories

Time: 42:35

Saturday

5 rounds for time:

800m
2 minute rest

Time: 25:05 (includes breaks)
