- Getting this up a little late this week
- On Friday, we put an application to rent a house on the Eastside of Tucson, so excited about the possibility of living closer to church
- Since then, it has been crazy busy as we get ready for the next step of our family
- Yesterday was a great day at Revolution
- The morning was brutal for me, I had this pit in the stomach, anxious feeling about what laid ahead as I drove to church
- God did some big things in my heart and the hearts of people at our church
- I loved being able to preach about grace from Ephesians 2:1 – 10
- So much in that passage, Paul lays out beautifully how broken we are and how gracious God is in spite of that
- Here are 4 truths about followers of Jesus from Ephesians 2
- To go along with my sermon, I read through Max Lucado’s new book Grace which had a ton of great ideas that found their way into my thinking for my sermon
- If you missed it, you can listen to it here
- We’ve been at our new location for 3 weeks now and we’ve had more first time guests and more excitement since moving than I can remember in recent history at Revolution
- We are definitely riding a wave right now that is incredible as a church
- If you haven’t heard, our Missional Communities are getting ready to start for the year
- You can learn about them all here and sign up here
- We’d appreciate your prayers personally as we get ready to move
- Pray for all the details of our move and for someone to rent our house
- I’m really excited about next Sunday as we continue our series on the book of Ephesians and look at Ephesians 2:11 – 22 and look at how we things in our lives, particularly those things that are broken are reconciled and redeemed
- So, make a call this week, shoot a text or an email and bring a friend with you
- You never know when a simple invite might make an eternal difference
- See you Sunday!
