Weekly Workout (WOD)

I get asked a lot what I do for working out. I try to make sure that in my 3 – 4 workouts each week, I do my entire body and it is varied enough to hit every muscle.Because of the questions I get, I thought I’d share the workouts I do each week, along with the results. If you need some ideas, feel free to steal mine and share what your results are.

Posting this each week will also help to keep me accountable to working out, and maybe help to motivate you or at least give you some ideas on what to do at the gym.

Here are this weeks:

Monday: 7-11

7 rounds, 11x reps each
Thruster (95#)
KB swings (53#)
Pull-ups
Burpees

Time: 26:40

Tuesday

For time:
Row 500 meters
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Row 400 meters
40 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Row 300 meters
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Row 200 meters
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Row 100 meters
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Time: 15:20

Then…

Annie: Rounds of 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 repetitions of:
* Double-unders
* Sit-ups
Time: 16:04

Then…
3 Rounds For Time (30 sec break between sets)
Back Squat x 20 135/85
Time: 2:32

Thursday: 6

6 rounds
Use same bar load throughout
6x Deadlift (95#/75#)
6x Bent row
6x Hang power clean
6x Thruster
6x Push-ups (hands on bar)

Time: 10:56

Friday

15 min AMRAP
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 KB Swings

Rounds: 9 + 12

15 min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts – 185
5 Box Jumps – 30/24
5 Dips

Rounds: 15
